- 2 ripe bananas
- ½ cup creamy peanut butter
- ¾ cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Mini cupcake liners or silicone molds
Instructions
- Peel and mash the bananas in a medium bowl until smooth.
- Stir in the peanut butter, Greek yogurt, vanilla, and honey (if using) until fully combined.
- Spoon the mixture into mini cupcake liners or silicone molds, filling each nearly to the top.
- Tap the tray gently on the counter to level the tops.
- Freeze for 2–3 hours, or until the bites are fully set.
- Remove from molds and transfer to an airtight container. Store in freezer for up to 2 weeks.
Notes
Add mini chocolate chips, nuts, or shredded coconut before freezing for extra texture. Use plant-based yogurt for a dairy-free option. Ice cube trays work great for smaller servings!
