Creamy, naturally sweet frozen treats that are just the right bite-sized joy—perfect for grandkids, summer cravings, or guilt-free snacking!

  • Total Time: 3 hours
  • Yield: 24 small bites

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • ¾ cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Mini cupcake liners or silicone molds

Instructions

  1. Peel and mash the bananas in a medium bowl until smooth.
  2. Stir in the peanut butter, Greek yogurt, vanilla, and honey (if using) until fully combined.
  3. Spoon the mixture into mini cupcake liners or silicone molds, filling each nearly to the top.
  4. Tap the tray gently on the counter to level the tops.
  5. Freeze for 2–3 hours, or until the bites are fully set.
  6. Remove from molds and transfer to an airtight container. Store in freezer for up to 2 weeks.

Notes

Add mini chocolate chips, nuts, or shredded coconut before freezing for extra texture. Use plant-based yogurt for a dairy-free option. Ice cube trays work great for smaller servings!
